I think it would have been about a half-hour shorter if they didn't exaggerate all the slow-motion. It got a little silly with it's use of slow-mo. Makes me question what they're dragging it out for.
Also, the ending is quite hokey. Could have written that a little better and decrease the Dragnet-esque prologue.
