Almost documentary, with scrupulous accuracy. Two stellar performances from Freeman and Damon, supported by some brilliant cameos and an excellent script give a competent, if not exactly ground-breaking, movie. Its failing is in the rugby - the passion and commitment which that game evokes and instils is sadly absent.
But saddest of all is RT's categorisation - 'sports&fitness@?.... It's a political drama, and someone at RT has goofed, badly.
