Review of Invictus (2009) by Dawdlingpoet — 24 Nov 2021
This is an uplifting film, with a good cast. I was interested in the historical aspect rather than the sports side of it and I wasn't aware of the story beforehand, so it was an interesting watch. I thought Morgan Freeman did well portraying Mandela and so did Matt Damon as the team captain.
I liked the tone of this film and as I say I thought it was at least somewhat uplifting, so I'd recommend it on that basis.
