Probably my favorite of the adaptations of the story. I've never read the book, but I want to in order to know what the true story ends up being. But this was more thrilling than I thought it would be.
Sure it's no 2007 "Invasion" with great special effects and all. But this held its own, and keeps you on the edge at that. I think Sutherland looked so silly with his hair like that compared to the sophisticated way he is today.
But well acted and the ending caught me way off-guard. Bravo. One thing I continue to wonder is why they rate movies in late 70's/early 80's PG and yet they show breasts in a film. Today it's like they would never do that.
Wonder why that is... Oh well, great thriller.
