Review of Invaders from Mars (1953) by Cancermouth E — 29 Mar 2009

My absolute favorite of all the Mars attacks-type movies. The story itself is enjoyable but then the cheesyness factor kicks in. Aliens who run with their arms totally straight-down like Mary Catherine Gallagher (from SNL), clearly visible zippers up the bak of the alien suits and alien costumes that wellfare kids would use as Halloween costumes. I watched both American and UK versions - only the very endings are different - watch the US version / much better.
