Sadly it's bad. I don't understand how the kid who was speaking only Spanish all of the sudden is writting a story in English. Plus, it wasn't very scary. Although it has a promising beginning.
The girl is too old to be that scared as she was or to play a kid who is scared by monsters. Then monsters itself weren't impressive. It was more like a fantasy story. I think it would give thrills if it was shown as a world with real monsters and then they would have to deal with that.
I like Clive Owen, he is a great actor. But this movie is disappointing.
