Not bad at all... Whatever negative reviews you've heard, ignore them. Sure it isn't the Coen Bros finest piece of work but its still a lot better than many of the comedies around. It keeps you entertained and engaged throughout.
The script and screenplay builds the characters up very well, however, it seems to tie off in a rush, thus leaving the end somewhat unconvincing... although, an enjoyable film.
