Its entertaining though it is one of the weaker films from the Coen bros. The acting is good overall - Zeta Jones in particular is good as a character clearly written to harshly criticize the gold-digging bitch archetype.
Overall its an okay movie, though I can understand why some people would not like it since Zeta Jones is one of the main characters and her character is not really likable (though that is sort of the point).
