Was very exciuted going into this, I mean a Coen Brothers rom-com. Just as you would expect the story is weird and wonderful but unfortunatly its very predictable. Clooney is great and Zeta Jones is OK.
One main flaw is that in every rom com you have to want the couple to get together and the chemistry must be strong, in this you just want Clooney to come out on top and don' really care about Zeta-Jones.
Some of the dialogue is strong and supporting roles are brilliant from Billy Bob Thornton & Cedric the Entertainer stealing scenes. Overall it had potential but unfortunalty it just didnt run smoothly.
