Review of Into the Woods (2014) by Ken S — 13 May 2015
I like a good musical every now and then...but this one just didn't do it for me. The production design is fine, but the songs just don't work for me. For me it wasn't entertaining, or fun, it just felt drab with songs that never gelled and a bunch of characters that just seem to be passing by.
The movie is also overly long and gets a bit tedious after a while...to the point where I began to hate it.
