I have absolutely no idea why this has not been made into a full fledged movie. Tim Burton's doing it with Sweeney Todd and I think that this should be his next understaking, because this is probably Sondheim's masterpiece along with Sweeney Todd.
I gave this a five because it's absoluetely phenominal, especially Chip Zien's performance as the Baker.
