Review of Into the Wild (2007) by Abdul I — 13 Dec 2011
Both inspirational and tragic at the same time. Even if I didn't truly relate with the motives behind it, I really enjoyed the concept of Christopher McCandless throwing all the perks of society to the curb in order to rough it out instead.
I found myself fully enthralled by this movie from beginning to end. How it basically got ignored by the Academy, much like Zodiac, really boggles the mind. Highly recommended.
