Review of Into the Wild (2007) by Stewart W — 06 May 2012
A lyrical and poetically shot odyssey that covers one mans wanderings the length of America from Mexico to Alaska. It's a landmark in the carreers of director Sean Penn and star Emile Hirsch, but at two and a half hours it's something of an endurance test for audiences.
Brilliant score from Eddie Vedder too.
