Review of Into the Wild (2007) by Max O — 08 Nov 2012
It's a piece that might be just a bit too fond of drama with far too much faith in its protagonist, but it retains a stylistic beauty nonetheless. An extraordinary soundtrack by Eddie Vedder does a great deal to set the mood, as does a superb cast and a backstory intriguing enough to carry the film to its inevitable close.
