Review of Into the Wild (2007) by Terra R — 12 Mar 2014
. The actors and cinematography made the movie feel very real and cerebral, where you're taken on this very personal journey of Christopher McCandless. I found this movie very inspiring. McCandless's story that was portrayed seemed like his journey could cross the mind of any American who simply gets a job and education because they are told that as a prescription to a safe and meaningful life.
Although most people would not think of going to the same lengths as him, it was a memorable movie that can provide some lessons on how we give certain things in life meaning and others not.
