Another disappointment. Storm is generated completely by special effects and is very good. But the story is cliched and the characters are shallow and poorly developed. The main character is the storm - so if you are happy to see some good special effects and can forget about the rest then check it out.
Surprised it wasn't made in 3D. Would have been a good candidate. Anyway... very average.
