It's a fun film when the main star is on screen, the tornado!. The tornadoes look great and the chaos that ensues is quite exciting, the rest of the film however is instantly forgettable. At best it's a made for tv movie with a large special effects budget.
The characters are cliched and the rest of the plot predictable. Twister is still the most entertaining movie out there about wind.
