Review of Into the Storm (2014) by Trey W — 24 Apr 2015
Disaster movies are never usually anything special and 'Into the Storm' is no exception unfortunately. What it did do though was entertain and it managed to grow stronger as it went on. That said the movie lacked characters you really cared about, the script was also very corny and the whole events were very predictable.
The effects were good, I got on with its attempts of using found footage and hand cameras though I doubt everyone will. Tornado chasing movies are all too familiar and it was far too cheesy to be a real hit.
