Pretty bad but not awful. This is mainly due to the likes of Scott Caan, James Frain and the great Josh Brolin. It is hard to imagine what Josh Brolin was thinking when he took on this role as his scenes were some of the only interesting things in this film.
Also shots of topless Paul Walker and various other desirable men make it watchable.
