Review of Into the Blue 2: The Reef (2009) by Yogi S — 07 Jun 2009
This movie had an interesting title sequence and that's about it. It made me wish public hangings were still around actually. That way the writer, supporting cast, and dreadful editor would all be humiliated in public before, well, ha know.
I would add director Stephen Herek to the list but part of me feels like this movie couldn't be his fault. I mean, he made 'Mr. Howland's Opus' and 'Bill and Ted', surely it wasn't his fault.
Like I said, the title sequence was great fun. That and I do have a slight crush on lead actress Laura Vandervoot now. She's a cutie. Anyways, cuties, title sequences, and fallen-from-grace directors aside, I cannot recommend this movie to anyone.
The first one at least tried. They put humans in the water with sharks instead of using cutaways.
