Review of Into the Abyss (2011) by Gary M S — 14 Apr 2012
Werner Herzog could make an insightful doc about buying a gallon of milk. In this doc, he takes an insightful look on both sides of the fence of Capitol punishment. But he doesn't stop there. Instead he shows the effect of generational crime in one family, the incredible sadness and reflection of the father whose sons share life in prison along with him.
