Obvious arguments. Forced emotion. Lead, yet meandering interviews. Dull storytelling from parties external to both the issue and the narrative. This film fails to educate the viewer on the numbers behind the issue, fails to genuinely touch the viewer emotionally and fails to go anywhere near the depth its title suggests.
