Everybody's favorite elderly German documentarian Werner Herzog is up to his old shenanigans again, this time raising the roof with some ruffians down in dubya's bible belt. I think you'll understand how dubya drove the nation into its biggest crisis since the depression when you see the level of intellect one deals with down in his section of the country.

Teeth and a high school education optional, one of the movie's subjects is on death row because he wanted to drive some crappy Chrysler or something. Lol. Good, but predictable fare from Herzog - you know the drill: old German guy sleep walks through carefully prepared but simplistic one liners while he plays spooky music in the background and encourages cameras to keep rolling even after responses are completed, to try to assign meaning to the silence that accompanies ending one's thought.

Notwithstanding these tired mechanisms, a decent flick.
