This is not a great movie though it is based on a good book by hanif khureshi...after a while sex between two strangers without any connection becomes boring and an ordeal to watch...the movie has been based on the assumption that to make a movie realistic all you need is graphic sex.

..this idea has given rise to several movies in recent times like"romance", "nine songs" etc...they are forgotten very quickly..they fail to make any mark...sex without emotion can be an one night stand.

.but one can't go on having sex with someone and not have any emotional connection...
