Review of Interview with the Vampire (1994) by Dominic Z — 28 Nov 2011

A Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt combination is both unheard of and unprecedented. The fact that those two act as vampires even makes the movie a more thrilling experience. The vampires did well as in portraying themselves as close as real ones as possible and the blood sucking scenes are gruesome nevertheless exciting.

The romance on the other hand is not as clearly shown in the film and somehow I can't detect there is actually romance in existence. Maybe Vampires should not have love which makes sense due to their cold bloodiness.

But again in reality people are heartless too. Maybe a vampire has a heart.
