Review of Interstellar (2014) by Conner W — 22 Jul 2017
Interstellar is somehow visually striking and genuinely entertaining while making me roll my eyes at the same time. "Love conquers all" is not the Hollywood cliché that I expected to be the center-point of this movie.
It was. The movie is really great up until end where it becomes too profound for its own good. It wants to be a thinking man's movie and will beat you over the head with it. I'm easily entertained though, and the cool sci-fi stuff and acting kept me watching.
