Review of Interstellar (2014) by Djnicey — 22 Nov 2014

This movie is fantastic, its really epic in scale and story, with a really intelligent and well executed plot. It is a long film, but I was engrossed for the whole film. The cinematography, special effects, acting and sound are all spot on and it reminded me of 2001 in scale and sonically.

I think the robots may be a nod to the black monoliths in 2001 helping the cast push further and further into space. If you're a sci-fi fan, don't miss this! It is a long film with quite a complex plot (that does hang together and doesn't fall apart like Gone Girl) and is one of the best films I've seen in years for the spectacle and pulling off a complex plot very well.
