Sure, Nolan's massive sci-fi epic is an imperfect film with its off-beat structure and stuffed-to-the-gills plot. Though it is also a masterful achievement in the artistic field of film, with impossibly memorable imagery, a haunting central performance from Matthew McConaughey, and a truly impactful thematic premise.
Simply remarkable.
