Review of Interstate 60 (2002) by Patrick E — 09 Jul 2008
Considering this film was written and directed by Bob Gale, the genius behind the Back to the Future Trilogy, I was expecting so much more than what I got. It's hard to classify it into any particular genre because really it's a strange film, one that ends up being too strange for it's own good. An overly moralistic story doesn't help matters either, Gale really tries to force his morals down your throat when it could have been done much more subtle. The major plus point of the film is the great cast and it's the first time Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd have been in the same film since Back to The Future III.
Worth a watch but don't believe the hype surrounding this Indie flick, you will just end up disappointed.
