Review of Intermission (2003) by Jack C — 06 May 2012

I really enjoyed this one. It's a gritty, down to earth, at times dark and at other times laugh out loud funny film. A cracker as they say in Ireland. Go watch it and take a much needed intermission from Hollywood movies. Great performances and great characters, especially Chief Miles O'brien..i mean Colm Meaney and Colin Farrell's Cop/Criminal affair.

I also highly recommend The Guard and The Van for other quality slices of Irish life.
