Review of Interiors (1978) by Willem W — 19 Jul 2007
Man, Woody Allen got whalloped by critics for this one. It was his attempt at serious drama and it's quite well done. A moody, melancholy film about the failure of love, the inability to communicate with family, and the need to live life to the fullest when the opportunity appears.
Not half as dreary as critics made it out to be. The camerawork and compositions are magnificent.
