Review of Interiors (1978) by Lucas P — 07 May 2013
It's pure Woody Allen (influences included) but minus the humour - familiar themes of pretentiousness, arts/culture vs 'vulgarity', stepping outside one's familiar circle to find love/distraction/escape, fear of mortality and more, are revisited in subsequent films over the years - if it got bad reviews it's because those people did not expect a non-humourous movie from Woody Allen.
