This is a low budget B movie for sure !! However, there are some mildly amusing parts stuck between the overly cliche action scenes and plot. The villain is quite entertaining; the main male hero does an adequate job, but the girl is sub par.
The film has a southern feel which adds to what little charm it has. Overall, I would recommend this film. It is a perfect movie just to chill out on late at night or with a few beers. It is just whimsical enough and has a few good scenes to keep ones interest.
