Review of Intacto (2001) by Marc W — 13 May 2011
These are the films that I love: the ones that set up a world stage and then let the story and characters drive the story, not according to a director's agenda, not according to genre rules or tried-and-true cliches.
Intacto does this beautifully, constructing a thriller that runs at its own stately pace, that never bows to acquiesce to what you might expect to happen all the way to the end. watch it.
