Review of Insurgent (2015) by Shawn W — 16 May 2015
Not as tight as the first film, but advancing the plot. A worthwhile entry that's neither disappointing nor great. The protagonist is compelling and she is the reason to watch. While the film may draw parallels to Hunger Games for obvious reasons it's setting is different enough to have you or that aside.
