Insurgent is visually stunning, well acted, with a well established plot, and with a good dose of action. But not stand out as something new in the genre of "Young Adult". Nor is the level of "The Hunger Games".
While you better Divergent, but this can be confusing, leaving many gaps in a good frame that is not fully develop very well. Hopefully for Allegiant Part 1 bring us something much more epic and intense, and much more developed, otherwise would be falling into the same problems that other adaptations.
