Plot: Far worse than the first.
Special effects: Bad.
Inspector Gadget: Self-absorbed idiot.
Inspector Played by French Stewart: Should have been good.
Claw: Horribly done.
Cast: just about completely switched around fro the first. That is very notable.
Connection to the cartoon: WAY better than the first!
Also, who is Baxter? Where's Brenda, Gadget's love? It may be more enjoyable for kids than the first. But altogether, it was just a bad movie.
