"The man who can't breathe" gets to be the only enjoyable character from the hole film and the "trama" that surrounds him; the rest tends to remain as mediocre enough for a Chapter 4 that would only exist if the franchise wants to apologize to the public.
*Actually, if you think about it, it can also become a "suspense"-comedic movie.
