I'll keep it short and sweet.
It's better than Chapter 2 & just under Chapter 1. The jump scares are on par with the first movie & we spend quite bit of time in the Further.
The ending makes you rethink at key moments who we thought we saw was actually that person or entity.
The last 10 minutes strongly suggests Chapter 4 will pick up where Chapter 2 finished at the end, with a strong regard to who you thought you saw, may infact be something VERY INSIDIOUS ;) :P *Hint hint, wink wink*.
