Review of Insidious: Chapter 3 (2015) by Bryan K — 07 Jun 2015

Insidious 3 is a prequel, but it's only loosely connected to the first two. At times I thought they re-purposed a more generic horror script and tried to connect it to the earlier movies. Much of the creative elements that made the first movie so successful were gone, but it's still a solid addition to the series and a middle of the road contribution to a genre which usually is either terrible or awesome.
