Very dull - it wasn't really needed was it? a third installment. There was a scene that must have been an intentional nod to The Shining, if not they are right robbing bastards. The loss of Patrick Wilson was noticeable - Poltergeist wasn't great but between the 2 it had a lot more popcorn value to it.
