Why so many emotions? The movie "Inside Out"is a really good movie. ¨Inside Out" is about a young girl whose brain is controlled by her emotions. This movie was released on June 19th, 2015 and is very popular. The main character Riley (Kaitlyn Dias) is and 11 year old who has many friends and loves hockey. You can say she lived a very happy fun life until her parents broke the news of them moving to a new house. Her parents (Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan) knew it would affect her , but they couldn't really do anything about it.

Riley has Five emotions that takeover her brain which are, fear, anger, disgust, sadness, and joy, Without joy she has not one bit of happiness and this is where the problems come. The way this movie is organized unfolds Rileys real feelings . Each of her 5 emotions play a very important role and they carry out duties with their inner brain.

THe emotion Joy is mostly seen as the ¨Boss¨. She has a very positive energy and is always happy. Joy is like the elmo in sesame street. Joy is constantly trying to keep all of the emotions from the core memories. If the core memories are destroyed it could mess up everything as you'll see in the movie. ¨inside out" is supposed to show children how emotions can easily take over the brain. Being happy and optimistic is a very big thing in this movie.

Rileys parents are so used to seeing such a positive smiley little girl that once they see her change they become worried. As you can see that the parents also have a lot going on in their heads, but they are not bad parents. Moving to a new house changed a lot and also her trying to battle low self esteem. LOsing the core memories just made everything worse.

In the end of it all we would usually predict that she is sad and depressed forever, but no sadness and joy makes it back to headquarters and fixes everything. The filmmaker was very successful with getting us to understand this movie and the purpose of this movie was stated clearly.
