Review of Inside Out (2015) by Jamey P — 29 Feb 2016
Nothing short of brilliant, Pixar keeps proving they can make films of substance that are also entertaining to adults and kids alike. Clever Witt is found throughout this film.
A legit study in emotional intelligence and depression, Inside Out is a rare opportunity to discuss serious issues with kids without them realizing it. Actually so many adults could use some of these lessons as well. With social media today making it seem like happiness is the only emotion that is important so many people lack depth in their lives because they deny their sadness.
Ingenious multi leveled execution by a great cast with the usual top-notice production and some beautiful moments sprinkled in; this film is a winner through and through.
