Review of Inside Out (2015) by Daron%20 P — 07 Dec 2017
This movie does a great job in depicting the struggles a child faces when growing up. Each emotion Riley has is being portrayed as an individual person. These emotions are Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Anger, and Fear.
Riley's mind works as a control center and when they feel a specific emotion needs to be expressed, that emotion goes to work. A child's mind is very delicate and can "lose control" at any time.
For instance, the scene where Riley's emotion, Joy, was sucked out of the control center and she became depressed due to the emotions that were left over. This is when many kids decide to act out and drift away from their friends and family to express their emotions.
Although this films seems like a children's film, there are many life lessons and connections adult can make to their own previous experiences growing up.
