Review of Inside Man (2006) by Kenneth L — 15 Aug 2015
I thoroughly enjoyed this thriller movie.
The movie is about a witty man who carries out "the perfect robbery" & how a brilliant hostage negotiator tries to catch the robbers and get everyone out safely.
It's set in one of America's most famous & historic banks. While the robbers are inside carrying out the robbery, the police patiently wait outside the bank for their ideal time to strike &take out the robbers & save the hostages.
The movie is performed with such finesse. The movie flows, keeps the viewer wondering and yet at the end there was no violence & nobody was killed. The movie seems very well scripted.
The movie has what seems to be unnecessary flash forwards to the hostage negotiator interviewing everyone from the bank to find out who exactly is responsible because nobody was caught.
