Inside Llewyn Davis features beautiful, soothing music...and that's about it. The story really doesn't go anywhere, and yet I still stayed interested. I guess that's a credit to the acting and the filmmakers.
This isn't one of my favorite films by the Coen brothers, but it's definitely not the worst one.
