Review of Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) by Gissele I — 15 Mar 2014
* My Favorite *.
"If it was never new, and it never gets old, then it's a Coen brothers' film!".
A great film [Odyssey] made by Coens which always tell the story in a clever way, so at the end of it you feel you need to watch/listen more and more.
I'm happy Coens' favorite cinematographer, Roger Deakins, was busy and Bruno Delbonnel could do this. The Cinematography is gorgeous and suits the film.
(Fool Academy members!).
Also the soundtrack takes its rightful place and integrates the concept of the story with the scenes.
... and I like this Line:
"Llewyn Davis: I'm tired. I thought I just needed a night's sleep but it's more than that.".
