Review of Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) by Matthew S — 12 May 2015
Not being a big fan of occidental "slice-of-life emo" flicks and, embarassingly, being my first Coen Bros. picture that I watched, this is more than I could ask for. It's a good movie to enter this Directorial Siblings' game and an awesome movie for those who not just enjoy music, but consider it a part of their lives, even not being fans of specifically folk music.
This dark comedy will externalize in Oscar Issac's character the love to what you do, and the frustration of not having almost anyone to share such love.
