Review of Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) by Dani P — 27 Feb 2014
Visually, one of the most beautiful films I've seen. The soundtrack is quite good too, specially "Please Mr. Kennedy" and "Fare Thee Well". When it comes to script, it's a sad and very dramatic story, with a leading character who struggles to live as a musician and we get the chance to follow his life for a week to see how it goes.
It's a tough journey, full of passengers characters and a lot, A LOT of folk music. The ending will surprise you and perhaps thrill you too. Oscar Isaac is brilliant!
