I found it ironic that at one point the interviewer pointed to the tech industry and asked why it did not suffer the same corruption as the financial sector.
This was because he was dead wrong, as you can see with ex-FTC commissioner Meredith Baker taking a job with Comcast 4 months after a approving a controversial Comcast-NBC merger. She used the same bullshit line to defend approving this competition-killing merger as the people interviewed in this film used to defend any indefensible bullshit: "It's complicated.".
Clearly there needs to be a ban on regulators taking jobs in the industry that they regulate.
